Morrow v. Maverick Washington LLC Settlement


	Case Status

	The Court will hold the Final Approval Hearing on October 26, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. PT at the King County Superior Court, 516 Third Avenue, Courtroom W-842, Seattle, WA 98104. The purpose of the hearing is for the Court to determine whether the settlement is fair, reasonable, adequate, and in the best interests of the Settlement Class. At the hearing, the Court will hear any objections and arguments concerning the fairness of the proposed settlement, including those related to the amount requested by Class Counsel for attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses and the Service Award Payments to the Settlement Class Representatives. Note: The date and time of the Final Approval Hearing are subject to change by Court Order. Any changes will be posted on this website, or through the Court’s publicly available docket. You should check the Settlement Website to confirm the date and time have not been changed.


	September 17, 2023: To receive a share of the settlement, you must complete and submit a Claim Form no later than this date. September 17, 2023: If you want to be excluded from the settlement, you must send a written request for exclusion postmarked no later than this date. September 17, 2023: If you are a member of the class and you do not believe that the proposed settlement is fair, adequate, and reasonable, you must file your written objection with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Washington by this date. You must also mail copies of your objection to Class Counsel and Maverick's Counsel, postmarked by this date. October 26, 2023: The Court will hold a fairness hearing to determine whether the settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate at 9:00 a.m. PT at the King County Superior Court, 516 Third Avenue, Courtroom W-842, Seattle, WA 98104.
