  • September 17, 2023: To receive a share of the settlement, you must complete and submit a Claim Form no later than this date.

  • September 17, 2023: If you want to be excluded from the settlement, you must send a written request for exclusion postmarked no later than this date.

  • September 17, 2023: If you are a member of the class and you do not believe that the proposed settlement is fair, adequate, and reasonable, you must file your written objection with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Washington by this date. You must also mail copies of your objection to Class Counsel and Maverick's Counsel, postmarked by this date.

  • October 26, 2023: The Court will hold a fairness hearing to determine whether the settlement is fair, reasonable, and adequate at 9:00 a.m. PT at the King County Superior Court, 516 Third Avenue, Courtroom W-842, Seattle, WA 98104.
